[Essential information]

       Bellows globe valve temperature -29-350℃, switch without friction, sealing is not easy to wear, small opening and closing torque. This valve uses a unique bellows seal design, thereby completely eliminating the stem packing seal leakage problems, to meet the most stringent leakage level requirements. The zero leakage characteristic of the bellows stop valve improves the safety of the equipment, saves a great deal of energy and reduces the maintenance cost, and provides a clean and safe working environment for industrial applications.

[Valve features]

1. The bellows is made of 2~6 layers of overlapped stainless steel or Inconel material to prevent the leakage of the valve due to the single layer of the bellows. The bellows seal structure is reasonable, fatigue resistant and long service life.

2, Bellows design in the valve cover cavity, to avoid direct erosion with the media, to improve the service life of bellows.

3, Double seal design (bellows + packing), bellows based seal, packing as auxiliary seal. If the bellows fail, stem packing will also avoid leakage.

4. The metal bellows used for the stem seal is welded on the valve stem at the lower end, and the dielectric is leaked out through the movement clearance of the valve stem. The upper end is arranged between the valve body and the valve cover and forms a static seal with the gasket.

5. The valve is provided with an inverted sealing structure, and the sealing is reliable.

[Adaptive condition]
       Bellows globe valve is applicable to the working pressure 1.6~4.0MPa, the working temperature -29~350℃ of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, power industry and other conditions, but cut off or switch on the pipe line medium.
